Anger and frustration are emotions that every human being experiences during their lifetime.
The cause of these emotions could be as simple as sitting in traffic jam, to a garbage truck blocking your passage down the street,or someone not calling you back, to people not listening to you when you have something important to say. The list goes on and on.
How can you as a well grounded person in this society handle anger and frustration? For me the answer is not as simple as you think, but I think that trying to focus on something positive helps. I try to look on the bright of most situations. Deep breathing and thinking things through when you have clear head is also good. This can help with some of the more complicated causes of anger and frustration. And most importantly, its always good to have some kind of outlet to let go and burn off some steam. Writing, reading, walking, running, a day at the spa, doing something that takes you to another realm mentally and physically are all things that will help you regroup and handle those emotions better.

Good Luck to everyone and remember try to relax. Life is too short to deal with things beyond your control. Stress is still the number killer in the U.S.

Writing, creating characters, and magical storylines that take readers on unforgettable adventures is a passion that is deeply rooted within me.

Writing is a necessity for my life, just like air and water. It creates a happiness in me that nothing can replace.

When my pen touches the paper, I am transformed into the characters and situations that I create. I assume their lives to a degree that changes my connection to the outside world. It makes me more aware of the enviroments and the people within those environments. My imagination crosses the boarders of reality, giving me the ability to visualize supernatural beings in our world.
Writing and creating allows me to be open to the infinite possibilities that this world has to offer.

Embrace your creativity and be open.
Happy Reading and Writing!

The second book in my Chronicles of the Celestial series is called Dark Betrayal. The story continues as Sydney London fully embraces her heritage as a Nephilim. Even though she has defeated many of her enemies, she must now face the ultimate betrayal as she continues to defend the human race on the Earthly Realm. As she remains strong in her efforts to fight against the “Darkness” Sydney learns that the one person she is trying to save may not be the person she was meant to save. All the choices that Sydney make are important and her will to fight and survive is strong. Will the Betrayal be so devastating that it changes her mission? You will have to read to find out.
Dark Betrayal is darker than book one, because it takes the main character Sydney on a rollercoaster ride of experiences that reveal a whole new world of darkness that few magical beings have seen.

Evil Dead, The most anticipated horror film in years was released in theaters this past Friday.
The Sony Pictures production was a re-make of the original 80’s version, but the film also brought something new to Sam Raimi’s creation.

The story follows a group of friends as they travel to a remote cabin in the woods to help Mia, get off drugs “cold turkey.” Among the group is her brother David,he joins them in hopes to support his sister, but they obviously have some issues they need to work out. The group quickly settles in and Eric finds something that interests him; The Book of the Dead.
Under the care of nurse Olivia, Mia starts the process of withdrawal, in the midst of everything going on Eric reads an incantation from the book. As Mia’s withdrawal becomes more intense she is soon possessed by a dark entity. One by one the group of friends are devoured by the entity. David takes on the leadership role and tries to abide by the rules of the book which is to cleanse or purify the possessed body. He saves his sister by burying her and bringing her back. As they each die horrific deaths David decides to burn his family’s cabin. The ritual is complete and now the dark entity is ready to consume Mia’s soul. Mia gains the strength to fight the demon, and in the process loses one of her hands. She becomes the new Ash, and sends the demon back to hell.
The new Evil Dead was produced by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. This film was a great horror and very exciting to watch. There were some classic elements infused in the remake such as the necklace, the chainsaw, and the iconic scene in the woods when Mia was alone. New elements of the story included the history of the cabin which was very interesting and the obvious drug concept. This movie overall did not disappoint, and the gore and blood was over the top perfect. The special effects and makeup was done with a talented team. The sound effects and score brought movie goers into the film on a whole new level. As far as the actors, I think that the cast was a good choice and the fear they portrayed on camera was very realistic. I give this movie 4 stars

Last week Amazon announced that the company would buy the reading social network Goodreads. Many authors and readers have mixed feelings about the whole idea of two different iconic companies coming together.
Many people hope that this does not mean there will be any drastic, negative changes involving both companies, but I believe that some type of changes will be underway.
As a Goodreads and Amazon author I think that the merger will be positive and help writers build a stronger platform in the world of publishing.
No one knows what the future holds concerning this merger, but we as readers and authors must always be open to new aspects in the realm of literature.

The new Sony production Evil Dead will be released in theaters this Friday. The movie tells the story of a group of friends that go to a cabin in the woods to help one of their friends quit drugs cold turkey.
That part of the story is very different from the original, but there are many elements that are the same. The same concept of possession is the foundation of the storyline. This movie doesn’t seem to have any elements of comedy like the original, which makes me very happy.
One by one the friends become victims of possession, as a consequence of reading the book of the dead.
Blood, gore, body dismemberment all make up the basis of an excellent, horror movie experience.
I was surprised to hear that Bruce Campbell wasn’t going to make an appearance, but learned that he would have a role behind the scenes as one of the producers. I am so excited about this movie, and my husband just purchased the first tickets for Saturday night’s showing!! Enjoy everyone, and my review will be coming soon.

Last night’s episode of the Walking Dead season finale was a total disappointment. Last week’s episode with Merle should have been the finale. I really thought that Rick and the group were going to leave the prison. There is no way that they can rebuild their lives there. The battle with the Governor’s group at the prison was uneventful. I don’t understand why Maggie and Glen were the only one shooting and how no one got killed when the Governor led his people deeper into the prison.
Everyone made a big deal on Twitter when Carl shot the Woodbury boy but I agree with his character. He was doing what he had to do. You can’t trust them and who is to say that he was not going to shoot Carl and Hershal. Carl has had to deal with a lot that children usually don’t have to deal with in these times, so if he goes too soft now he could get killed. I like the point he made to his father when he mentioned Dale.

The whole thing with Milton and Andrea annoyed me. She was so stupid when she stopped trying to free herself to talk to Milton. She knew that the Governor had injured him enough that he was not going to survive. Andrea spent too much time on nonsense.

I was not impressed with the make-up job that was done on Milton. His transformation should have been done in stages and more dramatic.

After the Governor and his gang retreated from the prison he goes mad and shoots his men when one of them speaks up stating that they will not participate in a slaughter. The Governor and his two right hand men walk away.

Rick and his group believe that they have defeated the Governor and they go back to Woodbury to find Andrea. They run into a survivor and she tells them she witnesses the Governor kill in cold blood. Rick,Glen, Michone and Daryl go back and stumbles upon Tyreesse. He learns that the Governor is psycho, and questions the whole situation involving the Governor, which should determine his place in season four. Andrea kills herself because Walker Milton bites her. Rick returns to the prison with the Woodbury survivors. What a big mistake, there are too many weak people that Rick is now responisble for even though he claims that he is not the group’s leader, he is more so now than before. I guess the new people will be the new victims in season four. More people have to die. I thought WD season four finale was going to go out with a bang! ANNOYING ANDREA IS FINALLY DEAD! YAY I hope that the new season will be a promising one. I still can’t get over how bad the episode is.
